WHY DO SOME ELECTRONIC MUSIC PRODUCERS ALWAYS FINISH LOADS OF HIGH QUALITY MUSIC?
And why do you struggle to do the same?
Are you stuck making music and not progressing?
Do you have 100’s of unfinished ideas on your hard drive?
Are you bored of listening to the same ideas over and over again and end up deleting them?
Is the quality of your music falling short of a professional level and not up to the standards of your favourite producers?
Have you tried to do it alone and watched too many tutorial videos, not progressing and feeling overwhelmed with how much there is to learn?
Would you like to be able to finish professional sounding music but don’t know where to start?
As I was going through the same problems you face now my music sucked so bad, I felt like giving up!
I went to study at University to try and get better at making music but ended up doing loads of written assignments and although I learnt loads it didn’t help me speed up the process of finishing music at all.
I made loads of ideas but ended up listening to them over and over again to the point where I would get so bored with the sound of them I would end up either changing something which ended up in making it sound worse or I would just get really frustrated and delete the project.
I thought I needed to learn more things like music theory, sound design, new plug ins and equipment etc. so I watched hundreds of tutorial videos to the point where I was so overwhelmed by the amount of things I didn’t know I would lose all motivation to get in the studio and want to give up. And to make it worse all the time I wasted watching the videos which, most of it I would never remember or even use in my tracks, I wasn’t actually making or finishing any music.
Also, I had been DJing for years and considered myself to be a pretty good DJ. At this point I felt like I had gone from being a great DJ to a crappy producer. Trust me I know what good music sounds like I had bought enough of it over the years and seen loads of people go crazy to it on the dance floor. My music just wasn’t cutting it and wasn’t standing up against the quality of the music I was playing!
I knew what I wanted it to sound like in my head but just couldn’t get my tracks sounding anywhere near as good or even fully finished! I was completely stuck and didn’t have anyone I could ask for help. I did ask friends, but they would just say yeah it sounds good and I knew a few producer friends, but they were always too busy, and I didn’t feel confident enough to send them anything. I sent stuff to labels but hardly ever got a reply and when I did, they would say it’s not right for the label and would never give me any constructive feedback to help me improve my music.
I was totally demoralised and felt like a complete failure especially after the amount of time and energy I had invested into it I literally wanted to sell everything and give up.
This went on for many years until I discovered a workflow that enabled me to create solid ideas, finish them quickly and get professional feedback and support to get my tracks sounding at a professional sounding level which resulted in me getting tracks signed that I was confident to play in my DJ sets. I was getting great feedback from other DJ’s who were playing them, and it was amazing seeing people going crazy to them on the dancefloor!

… And today because of a few simple actions that take less than 15 minutes per day to apply, things are 10x better and my music is beyond my wildest dreams.
So, from when I finished my music degree, it took me more than ten years of playing the same loops over and over again and I was going out of my mind. And, you know it is challenging, it took me ten years to figure out a workflow, such that I'm now at a point where I can sit down, and I can write five tracks in a week. And I can't tell you how that feels, it is just so brilliant.
I can save you ten years; I'll teach you my workflow and you can start creating solid ideas that you will love, turn them into professional sounding tracks and get more music finished.
Look, you're struggling and The reality is, it's going to take years to become a good music producer, because that's what it takes to find solutions on your own. I can get rid of that struggle for you. I can literally save you ten years and the ten years that I struggled; I'm going to give you what I discovered so you can get there faster.
It took me ten years to figure this out and that means if you carry on trying to do it on your own your life's repertoire will be six or seven songs? I can hundred X that because I'm going to get that ten years away. I think people are concerned about their legacy and what they can create, because some music producers have finished so much quality music. It's like, how do they do it? you know, and everybody wants that.
I have been DJing for 20 years and even won a Radio One DJ competition back in 2002. I have played loads of top clubs such as Ministry of Sound, so I know what makes a great track rock the dancefloor.
I am also a highly qualified music production lecturer at a higher education level with 10+ years’ experience and have coached hundreds of students using this process to finish professional sounding music in a variety of genres.

We explain things in detail and with clarity (and have 10+ years of teaching experience).
How many music production videos have you watched over the last 12 months?
How many hours of time have you wasted watching YouTube videos focussing too much on theoretical learning, and not enough on doing?
If you open your studio door, can you see your set up? How much did you pay for that computer, £300 £500… £1500 or more? How much does that MIDI keyboard that's going unused cost you… £200 or more?
… I hate to tell you this, but it's never going to change. In fact, if you don’t practice deliberately and spilt your attention between too many different areas of music production then you are going to progress at an incredibly slow rate.
And think about the bad habits you are developing by cutting corners, working slowly and not finishing much of what you started.
Look, it doesn't have to be that way… And it doesn't have to cost a fortune to correct the problem either.
The truth is… You have a mental block about working out how to progress and have become overwhelmed with too much information. It's been with you for years and you know it!
Every time you watch another YouTube video, you hope it's going to be the thing that finally helps you finish more professional sounding music.
It's important you hear this… So please read it slowly.
You don't need to struggle and do this on your own… You don't need hundreds of pounds worth of equipment and new plug ins.
You need a professional coach to provide you with detailed instruction and support to show you how to develop a workflow to finish high quality professional sounding music that you feel confident to play in your DJ sets and send to quality labels.
One to one A&R feedback on your music from industry professionals to get your track to a releasable standard at the end of the course and all live interaction is recorded in high quality for you to revisit at your leisure.
